- My PlayBreak is OLG's self-exclusion program. It covers Ontario casinos, Charitable Gaming Centres and OLG.ca.
- BetGuard, run by iGaming Ontario at betguard.ca, lets a person opt out of all regulated online gaming sites in Ontario, including OLG.ca, for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or a custom term. It does not cover land-based casinos.
- In a crisis, the Suicide Crisis Helpline answers at 988, 24/7.
